What are your service costs?

We are currently only servicing clients online until further notice.

Counseling Sessions = $180 per 50-minute standard session for a face-to-face and for a telehealth consult on weekdays and $195 for a face-to-face and for a telehealth consult on weekends.

If you have a MHCP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. As of January 2024, the rebate is $93.35 per 50-minute psychology session.

Please Note: You do not need a GP referral or MHCP to see a psychologist in Australia. You may elect to access our services privately.

  • Letters and Other Statements = Short letters or statements requiring less than 15 minutes to complete can be provided without charge.

    • Requests for more detailed letters or statements will be billed at the rate of $40 per 15 minutes, rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment.

    • We can not provide letters, court reports, or statements regarding legal/forensic matters.

    • Please note that we do not provide bulk bill services or accept concession/health care, TAC, Work-cover or veteran affairs cards.

    • Please note that all our fees are less than the Australian Psychological Society Schedule of Recommended Fees which are $300 for standard sessions ensuring affordability for our clients.

Do you see NDIS clients?

Clients with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans can flexibly access services of their choosing to address their plan goals.

Clients on NDIS: Fees are $220 per consultation.

Reports and letters incur an additional fee (depending on the length and information required).
